I have not received a license.cxl eventhough I have an academic license, I was reffered to a link but it was empty....can someone help me (OS for windows)

Can you try again please, I have changed a state for your username in the forum and I think it might help. Let me know if this solves it.

Can you tell me more about the problem. Please note that we do not distribute license files - once you are accepted to the academic package you will receive a welcome letter with a link to a forum post - the license is attached to the forum post.
