marvin upgrade

I have just stumbled upon Marvin 5.0.3 and I have Marvin 5.0.0 installed. My question is what is the best way to upgrade Marvin. Do I need to uninstall the previous version? If so can I use the license keys you provided me for version 5.0.0. once I install 5.0.3. I am using Marvin on PC. I am sorry if this is wrong place to ask, but I could not find anything more relevant.

apoligies for the late answer.


Installing the applications and the license files are two independent operations.


Once you install a license file, it is copied to a location where every ChemAxon application can find it regardless of its version or location.





On the other hand, it is not necessary to uninstall an application when upgrading to a newer version, you can have any number of installed versions at a time. This is useful to compare the two versions as well.
