Academic Licence Application

Hello,

I asked two times for an Academic Licence. I only got the answer: "Dear Applicant, Thank you for your interest in ChemAxon's Academic License, your application has been registered. We are reviewing your application and will be in touch shortly." Am I not eligible or takes it just more time till I get the licence?

Thank you for your patience. I checked your case and I assume there was an error in our system and that is why we thought we managed to generate an academic research license for you. Anyway now it works and I have already generated a new license for you.

It is said that is no longer distribute  academic license to Chinese students and teachers for free.

My application was rejected.

We did not eliminate the academic license in China. Our local distributors are handling the academic requests.

Can you tell us why do you think that your application was rejected?

My license file expired a few days ago and submitted a new application.

They called me , and told me,Chemaxon think China pirated users too many, so stop the distribution of free Chinese academic license.

They asked if I would like to spend the lowest prices than commercial   to purchase an academic license.

I got an email saying that my application for an academic license (which I plan to use for JChem suite) had been accepted and that it should now appear under the "My Licenses" page. However, when I go to the page it still says I have no licenses. I waited a few days to see if it would eventually appear but still no luck. 

What should my next step be here? I tried to re-fill out the application but I can't use my academic email for a second request.

Hey Cathy,

If an academic license got accepted, it appears on the My Licenses page at once. You couldn't see yours because you have created several accounts on ChemAxon website, and you probably looked under the wrong account.

You should log in to your account that is connected to your email address ending with "[email protected]". This is a public forum so I would not add your entire email address here; let me know if you need more assistance.
