Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you in relation to an academic license I have received for your applications.
I have installed this license some time ago, however it has recently stopped working - I have tried re-installing the license (as well as the entire application package), but it does not seem to appear in my "License Overview" screen and the applications keep running in evaluation mode.
A colleague of yours sent me a new license but unfortunately I cannot download it.
Could you please let me know how to fix this issue?
