Academic License Application

Hello,

I am working on a short assignment (3 weeks), The first step is to generate MQN numbers which needs ChemAxon license.

I have applied for an academic research license last Friday.  I would like to know how long does it usually take for an academic license to be approved?

Dear Hana,

We try our best to get back to all applicants as fast as we can. Usually this means within 2 working days.

However, at around the start of a semester there might be a larger load on us than usual, this requires time. Plus in this special case we had national holiday here in Hungary last week. So that's the reason we would ask for your patience for a while.

Our plan is to review all applications today.

Sorry - my colleague just checked your application. I think you have our review in your mailbox by now.

I called your head office and your colleague suggested that the problem could be due to the fact that I used my personal email to register. I have created a new account with my university's email and submitted a new application. Your colleague believed it would be the easiest way.

My new user name is Hana1234. I think I will use that username from now on because it is connected to my university's email. 

I only have 2.5 weeks left for the project. Kindly speed up the review process.

Well, that's cool. The correct way would have been that you just update your existing application. Easier for you and a lot easier for us too.

Anyway, we received your new application and got accepted. By now you should have the necessary information in your email box.
