Academic License not listed under "My Licenses"

I received notice yesterday that my application for an academic license had been accepted, but when I look under "My Licenses" it says "You don't have any licenses yet." Could someone please look into the issue?

Dear ChemAxon,


My request for academic license is accepted but  there is no license file under menu "My Licenses" .

This problem is usually caused by multiple accounts. Please make sure you have only one ChemAxon account and sign in with the same username with which you applied for the academic license.

We are reviewing your application and will be in touch shortly.

But i hav'nt an Academic License in "My licenses". Is that normal ?
