Hello,
I have some issues with an evaluation license for the NMR predictor. I downloaded the evaluation license and installed it using the GUI license manager. However when trying to use the NMR predictor I keep getting an error message indicating that the installed license is invalid.

Hi,
Your license seems to be invalid indeed.
It looks like it's because of a known bug, in some cases we have problems with non-English characters.
In your case it is probably the umlaut in "Universität".
I suggest to try to generate with English characters only if the website allows it.
Otherwise let us know, and my colleagues will generate a new license for you soon.
