License not issued on the website

Hi everyone,

I applied for the Academic license and received an email that the application has been accepted. On the MyLicense page, however I do not see a valid license to download. Is there a bug or do I have to wait longer until you can create the license file?

It may have been caused by a recent technical problem, please revisit the My Licenses page and let us know if it still doesn't appear.
