Hi, ChemAxon support team
I download updated licence from "My ChemAxon". During the installation, the licence manager page said "Licence reading problem occur". I don't know why I have this problem. Could you please help me figure out this problem.

There was a website error, and as a result the downloaded license files were corrupted.
The website is fixed now, so after you download your license files again, they should be working.
