license reading problem occur

Hi, when I install the academic license to my Marvin Bean 64bit windows program, it shows "license reading problem occurred ".  Could you please help me to solve it? Thanks.

Hi, I have a similar issue with the new license. I have installed the ungraded academic license to use Jchem for office on my desktop running 32bit windows 7 without any problem; however, when I try to do the same on my laptop running the same OS, it always gave the "license reading problem occurred" no matter where I move the license file.  Can you help please? Thanks

There was a website error, and as a result the downloaded license files were corrupted.

The website is fixed now, so after you download your license files again, they should be working.
