Having problems after updating SW with JChem for Office.

Dear supporters

 

after updating to JChem for Office I tried to download and install the new licence-file (including the new JChem for Office).

 

But unfortunately: this fails! I remebered that I already had this kind of problem after updating to NMR predictor., and it was caused by the special character in our departments name (Kantonsschule Reussbühl).

 

So I tried to change the department name to one without included special characters (without ü) - downloaded the licence file - but it wasn't automatically updated.

 

Please confirm me - and our department: Kantonsschule Reussbuehl - as an allowed Chemaxon user. Please update my licence-file in my Chemaxon profile - or send it directly to me.
