Hello all
I sucessfully installed academic licence for researcher but the status of the licence manager show "Expired" as I show in the picture.
Many fucntion of the standardizer tool are greyed out also the other tool.
Does my licence valid and can I make all function of standardizer work properly.
I would appreciate your help.

Hi Prasid,
- We cannot see the image, please try to upload as attachment.
-
You academic license file on record seems to be fine, make sure you are
not mixing it up with your previous evaluation licenses
-
Previously installed, expired licenses may still show up in the license
manager after installation, together with the new licenses. Please
scroll trough the list to see if all licenses are expired.
-
You may manually replace the license.cxl under the "chemaxon" or
".chemaxon" directory in your user home, this way old licenses will not
be misleading during display.

Szilard

Hi,
I assume the date is correctly set on your computer, right ? ;)
Could tell us the exact version of operating system ?
It would also good to see an "About" dialog to see the Java version in use.
If using version 6.0 or later, the opening screen of the standardizer dialog has a cogwheel icon on bottom left, otherwise in Marvin Sketch you can find it in the Help menu.

Hi Prasit,
Sorry, but this is not an easy case, we could not reproduce the problem so far.
- Does the license work OK on the other machines ?
- Could you send the file <user_home>\chemaxon\license.cxl to support _at_ chemaxon.com ?
(the one with the path displayed in the screenshot)
Best regards,
Szilard

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer, I have been on holiday.
I cannot see your e-mail.
Of course in the e-mail address the _at_ should be substituted by the "@" character. (it is some automatic conversion of the forum engine against spammers)
Make sure you send what is found under the specified path in your user home (not your original license).
Then you may try to
- remove this file and then install the license
- remove this file and copy the license manually in the same location.
Best regards,
Szilard

Hi,
The license file you have sent looks OK.
After looking at the code we could find the cause of the problem with some luck.
We display the date correctly, but there is an error parsing (interpreting) it, if the "locale" of the computer is set to Thai.
Please go to
Start -> Control Panel -> Region and Language
On the Formats tab set the format to something different than "Thai (Thailand)", for example to "English (United States").
The restart your application, and look in the license manager again.
Please let us know if this helps.
We will try to fix this for version 6.1.
Best regards,
Szilard
