NMR license upgrade

Hi,

I tried to upgrade (include) the NMR predictor into my academic licence,

via the upgrade button provided, but it says "no upgradable license found".

The problem might have occurred due to having multiple licenses. We generated a new one now for you which involves th NMR predictor, please visit "My Licenses" to download and install the new license.

Hi Emese,

would you like to give me renew license for NMR Predictor, my old one has been expired May, 10th, 2013 ago.

I really appreciate that I could get the license for teaching in my class.

Your teaching license is valid until 2014-01-25. Maybe you have multiple accounts registered on our site? Please check and then update your original application here: http://www.chemaxon.com/my-chemaxon/my-academic-license/

Dear Emese,

Sorry. I did not know that the academic teaching license was including the NMR-Predictor. Because my previous academic teaching license two years ago did not include this feature license .

Thanks for your info and I have updated my personal information in chemaxon with my "new" institutional email address.
