rings genration

Hi,

I want to know any method is available to generate all possibe rings and ring systems combination  from a molecule

You can use MarvinSketch Structural frameworks tool (http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/calculations/other.html#framework) to generate different structural frameworks. Find the tool in MarvinSketch Tools>Other>Structural frameworks and select "All fused ring systems"  - or any other option that can be relevant in your case - on Framework Type tab.
