Hello
My Question is about the fragmenter and about .xml files in general. Where can I get the fragmenter.xml file or the config/pharma.frag.xml respectively? Do I have to generate them by myself? If so, how can I do that?

The fragmenter configuration XML is to be written by a general text editor.
There are configuration examples and description in the docs:

Another question is about the speed of the fragmentation process. Is it possible to run it on several CPUs?

No, currently Fragmenter is single-threaded. But we may consider to implement concurrent processing if it is too slow.
