Command-line option to select reaction from reaction library

I have a reaction library in .mrv format to be used by the command-line reactor.





However, I could not figure out a way to select via command-line a reaction from this library.





Do I have to save each reaction into a separate file and use the option -r ?





Or is there a way to select the reaction from the library?

We've just added this feature to the upcoming version 5.2, the release candidate is availbale here.





This command lists the names of the reactions in the library:


react -L reactionfile





You can execute a reaction of the library by its name:


react -r reactionfile -N reactionname reactants
