Biotransformation library

I’m looking forward to explore and use the different ChemAxon


modules for my research. Since last week I have an academic license to use ChemAxon.





For my research I’m particular interested in the reactor combined with the


“biotransformation library”. This library have been mentioned in the following


thread:

After a long search to this library I was not able to find the library, I only found the "standard reaction library".





It


could be that the creation of this “biotransformation library” is still


in progress, but is there a possibility to get a beta version of this


library?





The availability of “biotransformation library” would be essential to continue my work.

The human phase I. CYP450 biotransformation library will be separately downloadable for the upcoming Metabolizer tool, that will be released in JChem version 5.2 first. The biotransformation library, however, it is still under optimization, so we will probably make it available soon after the JChem 5.2 release from our website.
