peptide modification

Hi People:


I need to know if it possible to do a modification (acetylation, phosphorylation) to a


set of peptides (file), not by a Marvin GUI. ?

Though, I am not absolutely sure about how you would like to modify your peptides, but Reactor can perform such reactions even in batch mode. You can download Reactor and request and evaluation key to try it yourself.
