multiple reaction sites at the same time

Dear All,

There are two reactants for a nucleophilic reaction: A+B, where A have multiple nucleophilic sites (A1,A2,A3), B is an acid chloride.

I can get the products: A1-B, A2-B, A3-B, which are the products for a single reaction site. How could I configure reactor (version 3.2.4) to process two or three reaction sites at the same time? In other words, how could I get the product with A (multiple reaction sites) reacting with multiple B at the same time (such as B-1A2-B, B-1A3-B, etc)? Thanks a lot for your help.

Sincerely,

Featherstone

Hi,

Reactor processes only one reaction step at a time. You can run Reactor multiple times, and use the products of the first (previous) reaction as input for the second (next) reaction (and so on), or you can use Synthesizer.

We will introduce a new parameter for Reactor called "ratio". It will allow to specify the excess of one reactant. The format will be something like that
