User's own reaction rules

Thanks for your replies.Really that are very helpful.





Now my doubt is that , using the chemical terms evaluater we can create our own reaction rules, if so i need to write that along with reaction.Through command line we can specify those rules along with reaction smiles..right?


so can we specify these reaction rules along with a file which contain reaction in command line?//

Hi,





Yes, you can use both. After the "-r" command line switch you can specify reaction SMARTS with rules (separated with ".."), or the reaction file you have created with Reactor (GUI) application. The reaction file created with Reactor application will contain all reaction rules, examples, properties, etc.
