Could I run structure search separating from jchemBase?

hellow!  

I am a person on probation of  Jchem. 

In order to use structure search, I must install JchemBase and creat table in MySQL through Jchem Manager.  Could I use the structure search separated from  jchemBase?  If you have single structure search product, which address I can download it for probation？

I have update my Profile, including add our Company name and institutional mail address.  Because I can't find the place to fill in the institutional mail address, I just fill it in the interest blank.

There other ChemAxon's tools for structure search not only in databases but in files as well.

You can work with "MolSearch API" http://www.chemaxon.com/jchem/doc/dev/java/api/chemaxon/sss/search/MolSearch.html ,

or use JChem for Excel: http://www.chemaxon.com/jchem4excel/userguide/ ,

or the command line utility "jcsearch" http://www.chemaxon.com/jchem/doc/user/Jcsearch.html
