Calling create_jctable by other user, not the jchem owner

Hello,

I try to create a jchem table with an other oracle user, not the jchem owner. This user has the JCC_BASIC_ROLE assigned to, but calling jchem_table_pkg.create_jctable breaks with SQL Error: ORA-06576: not a valid function or procedure name error. Help me please.
