no JCC_BASIC_ROLE found

Dear ChemAxon,

I have installed the JChem cartridge on an Oracle database. After installation I have tried to follow the JC index owner user creation steps:

However the role JCC_BASIC_ROLE does not exist.

please advise.

My recollection is the cartridge install creates that role (optionally) so you have choose "yes" to create it.
