JChem Cartridge has not been extensively tested with JBoss, but (provided that your application server contains Tomcat 4.1.x or later) I see no a-priori reason why JChem Cartridge should not work with any Java application server. Still, I would recommend to setup a separate Tomcat for JChem Cartridge. Running JChem Cartridge with its own Tomcat installation makes interference from other applications less likely and we will be able to better support you in case you encounter problems with JChem Cartridge. For this same reason, if you happen to use several JChem Cartridge installations we also recommend to use one Tomcat instance for each.
