Generate INCHI Key

Dear ChemAxon,

Is there is a cartridge function to generate InChI and InChIKey from a mol file stored in an oracle CLOB field ?

Dear Bernard,

You can use the jc_molconvert operator or the jcf.molconvert function. The second parameter can be 'inchi' and 'inchikey'. See more in the documentation:
