Insert failed with ORA-29532: ... osraimage importer module

Hi,

We use JChem 5.6.0.2 for Oracle Database 10.2.0.5 x86_64.

When I've tried to insert attached molfile into the table I've got the error:

 

SQL Error: ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine

ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.rmi.ServerException: RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is: chemaxon.jchem.cartridge.rmi.StructureFormatException: Internal error: cannot create new instance for the osraimage importer module

ORA-06512: at "JCHEM.JCHEM_CLOB_PKG", line 112

ORA-06512: at "JCHEM.JC_IDXTYPE_IM", line 843

 

Is it source data problem or not?
