Importing molecules into JChem Molecule table

Hi,

I am trying to batch load 100K structures into an existing JChem Base oracle molecule table. Though the system I am using provides a batch load utility but it is really slow. I believe there must be a quick way to load these molecules into the JChem Molecule table. I have the sd file of the molecules.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dong,

firstly, could you please send me your JChem version? I'm also wondering if you use tautomer duplicate filtering option on the structure table, becasue the import was very slow to these tables in version 5.4.

You can import structures from a file with JChem Manager GUI or command line tool. See the manual:
