Cartrigdge index creation error.

Cartridge version: 5.4.0.1

Oracle version:10.2.0.4.0

 

We're getting an error message when trying to create a JChem index on a column of reduced graph SMILES (represented with heavy atoms). The issue seems to be data related, the problem SMILES is:-

[Sc]=[Hf]=1(=[Y]=2=[Y]=3=[W]=4=[W]1=5)=[Hf]3245

 

The index is being created with the following parameters:-

PARAMETERS(''fp_size=32,fp_bit=4,pat_length=7,tableType=anyStructures'')

 

The error message is:-

Thank you for the report. We've also found this problem and fixed it.

The forthcoming release 5.4.1 (coming out soon) will contain this fix.
