I was trying to find an additional source for structures, substrates, reactions, etc. Does anyone have a compiled folder or know of a resource they can turn me on to? Thanks!

We do not provide this data, only the programs that handle them.
You may find lots of downloadable molecule resources in public databases like pubchem, eMolecules, ZINC, catalog providers, etc.
You can also find out our online public implementations page, they also may offer downloading their whole or partial database:
