Apologies if this is an obvious question, but I have imported ~80,000 structures into a CHEMISTRY table from an SD file. JChem Manager reported 188 errors. Is there anywhere in the JChem database where I can get a handle on these errors so I know which records were not imported?

Hi,
unfortunately we do not log errors in the JChem Manager, but we are planning to solve this problem.
I recommend you to running jcman from command line, and the application will write out the errors to the console window. It is not confortable, but you can grep the problematic molecules here.
Sorry for this inconvenience, we will inform you if the log solution is implemented.
