What's the maximum file size that i we could import in JChem

our JChem's version is 3.0.8, and we work with MySQLserver4.1.

Hi,





The number of structures (~import file size) is not limited by JChem.





There were some limitations in earlier versions of MySQL, but the new versions (like yours) are only limited by the maximum file size in your operating system.





If you are using an appropriate file system, there is practically no limit.
