Regeneration of a structure table

I am trying to regenerate with JCHEM 2.1 a strcuture table (so that I can export it thereafter) that was created with an older version of JCHEM : JCHEM MANAGER detects that the table was genarated with a previous version and proposes to regenerate the table : however I always got the exception : chemaxon.formats.MolFormatException : java.io.IOException : file format not recognize.





What does it mean ? Why is regeneration impossible ?

Maybe there's some faulty structure in your table, or some early bug in 2.1.





2.1 is a quite an old version, it was released in August 2003.





Since then we have changed regeneration, so it won't stop even if it encounters a few errors.





I recommend you to try our latest version (3.0.3) if possible.


We have also made a lot of other improvements since 2.1.





Version 3.0.4 is coming out today, maybe it's worth to wait for that.
