Hi,
I am upgrading JChem from 2.3.3. to 3.0.1, and I run into this problem.
error message The structure table contains obsolete data. Please regenerate the table
We had same problem before during similar upgrade. It is probably because the structure database table created in a 2.3.3 version cannot be reused in new version. I understand I can regenerate table through jcman. But my question is that Will the regeneration of structure table affect my millions of structures in my table? Is it required to export data and import data again after table regenerated? I am very concerned about this.
