Newly added structures don't show up

When I load new mol or sd files into the system through JCMan, I can't see them when I search through the jsp1_x web interface example code.





I can search for them directly in the database and they are there. JCMan can also see them.





I have restarted Apache, but it doesn't seem to help. Is there some process the clear the search cache? Structures imported some time ago can be found.

please check your database preferences with setup.jsp in JSP example.


Note you need Tomcat servlet container for running JChem JSP example instead Apache. Please check tomcat settings also. Please check if all of library files from jchem/lib + your JDBC driver are in the Tomcat's shared/lib directory.
