Accessing IDBS ActivityBase using JChem Cartridge

JChem Cartridge can be used to access basically any columns columns containing structures in the supported file formats (please see http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/doc/dev/formats.html for a list and description of the supported file formats) after you have indexed the column with JChem Cartridge's jc_idxtype index.





The following columns of ActivityBase are eligible for being jc_idxtype-indexed:





- OBJSMOLFILE a clob column containing the MDL molfile


- OBJSSMILESCODEMAIN a VARCHAR2(255) column with the smiles code in generated by IDBS software
