union set

Hi,


If I have two sdf files, how can I do a structure comparison and generate a union set from it. By union set, I mean to combine the two sdfs and generate a list of structures that are unique. I know I can do Overlap Analysis using Instant JChem, but how do I generate the final set of compounds from the two files

The easiest and most efficient is to import both sdfiles into the same database table with duplicate check. (In Instant JChem it is a table-level option whether to allow duplicates, opposed to JChem Manager where it is an import option.)
