Hi,
The general issue of XML handling is not related to our software, so it is not covered by ChemAxon support.
You should be able to find a lot of information on the web regarding this issue.
I suggest learning about the DOM approach, as it provides a pretty convenient way of importing / modifying / exporting XML files.
