ASP and cartridge

We install new version of jchem 3.2 on winXP machine and oracle 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production. Now when we perform structure search we got the following error:

What we are doing wrong? Thanks for info/advice.

Please, copy dom4j.jar from the "lib" directory of the uncompressed JChem installation package into the <tomcat-home>/shared/lib directory .
