Invalid Oracle Triggers

Anybody see invalid oracle triggers starting with the text "BIN$" when jchem indexes are invalid ( select object_name from user_objects where object_type = 'TRIGGER' and status = 'INVALID' ). If so, how did you get drop them? Secondly, when, whey and where are these coming from?
