Please, make sure that the license file is stored in the %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\chemaxon directory on Windows or ${HOME}/.chemaxon directory on Unix/Linux where HOME refers to the home of the user, who is running Tomcat. You have to eventually restart Tomcat.
