should I analyze my jcidx?

I notice that one of my jcidx is not analyzed...is there anything to be gained from completing this step for use with the jc_xxx?





I also am not sure of which optimiser mode is best for use with jchem cartridge...I would assume 'CHOOSE' but can you confirm this?

Hi Daniel,





We plan to build support into JChem Cartridge for interacting with the Oracle optimizer. Until this support is implemented, there is not very much to gain by gathering statistics as far as structure search speed is concerned.
