HXSQL

Does JChem now accept HXSQL as a database back-end? The API is exactly the same as for HSQLDB. We dicussed this in the autumn last year and you said you would allow it in one of the next versions.

Yes, I said this on December/19/2006:

As a temporary solution we can treat HXSQL as HSQLDB, we will make that change for the next JChem release.

As I promised we did make that change indeed.


The next version was released on January 23, 2006 with version number 3.1.5. From this version JChem works with HXSQL too.
