Hello,
I'm trying to insert about 50 000 structures in a database built around Jchem Cartridge 6.0.1 and oracle 11 (i use Jc_insert function).
I remark that at the beginning, to insert each structure, it takes about 0.15s and increases slowly with the size of database. For 40 000 structures in the database, about 1s/per structure is required and 50.000 structures, it takes 2s.
Have you observed this "problem"?
