'Help' file for substructure search

We are using Jchem 3.1 inside our tool for the substructure functionality. We cant see the 'Help' file this functionality either in the menu or as a document outside. We would like to have this document for reference purposes. Where can we get this from?





We bought the module almost 2 months ago.

I suppose you use a web application (like our JSP example).


Are there any pop-up blocking mechanisms activated on the client machine (either in the browser or in a firewall application)?


Pop-up window blocking can prevent the help window coming up.
