Substructure search fails on CP(C)C

JCHEM API fails when sub-searching on CP(C)C :





--> File format not recognized





the problem seems to occur with Phosphore





it works fine on EXACT search





I am using JCHEM 2.1 and Marvin 3.5.4

This version is more than 2 years old. (August 2003)


Since then there were several bug fixes and improvements.


I suggest to upgrade to the latest version of JChem.
