hello!
We find this structure (molfile in Attachment) have many problem:
1. We can't import this structure to JchemBase when table type is Molecules.
2. We can import this structure to JchemBase when table type is Any structures, but we can't search this structure in the Any structures table.
our questions:
1 . What's wrong with this structure?
2. How to standardization these kinks of structures by java programs calling chemAxon api? Is there some java examples?
thanks!

Dear Iamyang,
Could you please tell us with which version of JchemBase did you try to import the structure?
Thank You,
Norbert

I have tried to
reproduce the error described, but I could not ( the import is working
fine for me).
Could you please,
send us the error message that is displayed when you try to import the .mol
file into the Molecules type table.
Thank You,
Norbert

I have also tried to initiate search on the newly created tables (both on ANY and MOLECULES) and I did not encounter any error for several search types and options. Could you please, send us the details of your search, and the error message returned by the system?
Thank You,
Norbert

Thank you for the answer and the log attached.
Examining the system output leads me to the conclusion that you must have a chemical terms column with name PKA added to the database. Apparently the error relates to this additional field, so I should be most grateful if you could give some information about this column:
- How do you calculate it? This could be found in the DB checking the JCHEMPROPERTIES table (it should contain the function that you introduced when you created the column)
- The type of the column created (is it a BLOB, INTEGER, VARCHAR etc. type)
Thank you in advance.
Norbert
