JCC_BASIC_ROLE doesn't exist

I'm having a problem with getting another user to access Jc Cartridge, JCC_BASIC_ROLE doesn't exist, I think that's because I didn't choose so while installing, can you help me to add it after installtion, thanks.

Execute the following command in the jchem/cartridge directory:

config-util.bat list-sqls-for-jcc-user-privs

Answering the prompts, you will be guided through process of granting the necessary privileges to the role (or user).
