Substructure search is very slow

Dear Chemaxon Team,

Using Jchem .Net API for Structure search, We try do the substructure search of "benzene ring structure" in the structure table(table is having around 4 lakhs records),  this is taking long time to return the cd_ids of the hit compounds as the result of search. 

Due to the time consumption in structure search, the application performance and response is getting slower and timed out error occurs.

Will the Jchem take long time to search a structure(benzene ring may present in many of the compounds) from a structure table with substructure search option enabled?

Is there any option/solution/suggestion in Jchem to do the substructure search very faster?

FYI: i took the last structure from the structure table, i tried to search the full structure search, and it is very fast.
