Thanks, when I set up a table to use a custom standerdizer "when created using Jchem Manager" , does that mean that I don't need to call it each time I do insertion or comparaison?

On insertion, the structures will be automatically standardized using the custom standardization configurationyou specified for the table. During search, the queries will be also automatically standardized using the same custom standardization configuration, so "apples" are compared to "apples" so to say.
