Adding new fields to the structure table perfo. influence

Hi everyone,

We're looking to add some description fields to the structure table (arround 5 fields) , will this have an impact on different Jchem base/cartridge search functions, is it better to have another user defined table in relation with our existing Jchem structure table?

Thank you for the enquiery. Yes, you can add columns to JChem tables without affecting the search functions.

Thanks, just want to make sure that when using Java API, I'll not have low performance with Jchem search functions related to the molecule type of tables.
